Head of Media Buying (Binary Options)

A CPA network is looking for a strong Head of Media Buying to lead the buyer team and scale traffic purchasing in the binary options niche. The employer has operated since 2014, unites around 800 employees and is present in 6 countries. The goal is to turn traffic into results and build an efficient team operation.

What you'll do

• Lead a team of media buyers: set tasks, develop and motivate employees
• Organize and optimize traffic purchasing via Facebook, TikTok and Telegram
• Generate and scale profitable ad campaigns
• Analyze results, test hypotheses and implement new approaches
• Build interaction with partners and ensure growth of the team's income

What we need

• 3+ years of experience managing a media buyer team
• Deep understanding of Facebook, TikTok and Telegram
• Hands-on experience with traffic in Binary Options / Trading / Forex / iGaming
• Ability to analyze, optimize and scale ad campaigns
• Strong leadership qualities and results orientation
