Payment Operations Manager

International fintech project is looking for a Payment Operations Manager for remote work. The specialist will be responsible for making payments, controlling payment accounts, and operational reporting. Experience with payments, banking, or cryptocurrencies is required.

What you'll do

• Make payouts and accompany payment operations
• Monitor payment accounts
• Work with online banking and internal company systems
• Maintain transaction records and reporting
• 8-hour shifts (day, evening, night)
• Verify payment accuracy and quickly resolve issues
• Maintain stable operation of payment infrastructure
• Participate in daily operational processes of the team

What we need

• Have experience with payments, banking, cryptocurrencies or operational processes
• Be attentive to numbers and details
• Be proficient with Google Sheets
• Understand payment process principles
• Be interested in FinTech and Crypto
• Have a high work pace
• Be able to quickly switch between tasks and work in a dynamic mode
