Technical Product Manager / Automation Architect (Affiliate Marketing)

We are looking for an experienced specialist from affiliate marketing / traffic arbitrage for long-term collaboration. The role involves deep immersion in the company's processes, finding growth points, and automating the work of various departments together with the technical team.

What you'll do

• Study current company processes and identify opportunities for automation
• Analyze the work of various departments and internal services
• Formulate proposals for optimization and scaling of processes
• Write technical specifications for developers
• Participate in solution implementation and testing
• Describe new processes and prepare documentation together with the technical team
• Participate in designing internal tools
• Monitor solution implementation and testing
• Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes

What we need

• Work experience in affiliate marketing / traffic arbitrage of 3–5 years
• Experience in process automation or development of internal tools
• Understanding of API, integrations, webhooks, and automation systems
• Ability to independently describe technical requirements for developers
• Ability to discuss solution architecture with the technical team on the same level
• Understanding of infrastructure processes (accounts, antidetect, proxies, advertising platforms, CRM, internal services)
