Product Growth / Assistant Product Owner (Crypto)

We are looking for a specialist to strengthen the product direction of a crypto ecosystem in a regulated jurisdiction. The role involves assisting the Product Owner in roadmap formation, market analysis, B2C segment development, and participating in new product launches. Ideal candidate has 1.5–2 years of crypto experience and aims to grow into a Product Owner.

What you'll do

• Monitor crypto market trends, analyze niches and user behavior
• Assist Product Owner in roadmap formation: feature ideas, hypotheses, prioritization
• Analyze competitors and crypto product mechanics
• Work on B2C segment development: study funnels, retention, user motivation
• Collect and structure feedback from users and partners
• Participate in developing GTM approaches and launching new product directions
• Closely interact with CEO and Product Owner, influencing product development strategy
• Maintain partner communications (wallets, exchanges, services, media)

What we need

• 1.5–2 years of experience in Crypto
• Understanding of crypto products, trends, user scenarios, and market cycles
• Ability to work with B2C audience and vision of how product affects user behavior
• Product thinking: forming hypotheses, testing, relying on data
• Desire to grow towards Product Owner and take more responsibility
