Team Lead Media Buying / Senior Media Buyer

The employer is looking for experienced Team Leads and Media Buyers in CPA marketing. The company offers remote work, an international team, and competitive compensation.

What you'll do

• Formation and management of a team of media buyers
• Formation and development of infrastructure: setting tasks for related departments, searching and implementing solutions (accounts, sellers, technical setup)
• Search, analysis and testing of promising advertising combinations
• Setup and optimization of advertising campaigns in the Crypto vertical
• Monitoring metrics, optimization and scaling of advertising activities
• Strategic planning of traffic purchasing: developing budgets, KPIs and tests

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead or Senior Media Buyer
• Confirmed experience in Crypto or Nutra verticals
• Practical experience with advertising platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads
• Experience in team management: hiring, development and performance evaluation
• Ability to set tasks for related departments (Tech / Design / Farm) and form requirements
• Confident knowledge of analytics: working with metrics, reports and decision-making
