What you'll do

• Optimize operational processes and improve customer experience (B2B)
• Maintain a high level of communication with clients and quickly resolve requests
• Analyze data, find growth points, and implement improvements
• Work on increasing operational efficiency
• Develop processes and help strengthen the team's service level

What we need

• Experience in Operations / Client Service / Account Management
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Understanding of business process optimization
• English from B1
• High responsibility, initiative, and results orientation

Nice to have

• Preferably experience in FinTech / Finance
