Affiliate Lead

A fast-growing iGaming company is looking for an Affiliate Lead to develop and scale affiliate traffic in priority markets including Turkey. The role involves building and managing partner networks, negotiating with key partners, and achieving KPIs (FTD, ROAS). Remote work with competitive crypto salary and uncapped bonuses.

What you'll do

• Develop and scale affiliate traffic in priority markets (including Turkey)
• Build and manage the partner network: webmasters, media buying teams, affiliate networks
• Establish a system for evaluating traffic quality and partner performance
• Achieve and meet KPIs: FTD, cFTD, ROAS
• Negotiate with key partners and close agreements
• Identify new acquisition channels and growth opportunities
• Analytics, reporting, forecasting

What we need

• Experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming
• Understanding of traffic economics and metrics (FTD, cFTD, ROAS)
• Ability to scale profitable sources
• Strong negotiation and partner relationship development skills

Nice to have

• Experience with the Turkish market
• Experience working within a product (operator)
• Having an existing contact database
• Experience building an affiliate channel from scratch
