Team Lead Farm

We are looking for a Team Lead Farm to build and scale an in-house pipeline for producing long-lived Facebook accounts with $250+ limits. Full responsibility for the farming department, team management, cost optimization, testing warm-up hypotheses, and infrastructure control.

What we need

• More than a year in traffic arbitrage (FB + Crypto/Nutra)
• Experience building farming in-house, not buying accounts
• Deep understanding of BM2500, warm-up, trust, limits, ID/Video Selfie checks, and Facebook antifraud
• Experience managing a team of farmers or a farming department
• Experience with budgets of $10K+ per month on infrastructure and consumables
