Team Lead Farm

We are looking for a Farm Team Lead to build and scale an in-house pipeline for long-lived Facebook accounts with $250+ limits for the Crypto/Nutra vertical. Requires experience managing a farm department and deep understanding of Facebook anti-fraud.

What you'll do

• Build and scale an in-house pipeline for producing long-lived Facebook accounts with $250+ limits.
• Take full responsibility for the farm department's operations.
• Manage a team.
• Work on reducing account cost, optimize expenses, and find more efficient solutions.
• Test new warming hypotheses, increase account trust and lifespan for aggressive ad serving.
• Oversee infrastructure.

What we need

• More than a year in traffic arbitrage (FB + Crypto/Nutra).
• Did not buy accounts; built farm independently.
• Excellent understanding of BM2500, warming, trust, limits, ID/Video Selfie checks, and Facebook anti-fraud logic.
• Already managed a team of farmers or an entire farming department.
• Worked with budgets of $10K+ per month on infrastructure and consumables.
