VIP Manager (Tier-1 Markets)

The company is looking for a VIP Manager to handle high-rollers in Tier-1 markets. Fully remote position with a flexible schedule and compensation from $1,500 to $1,800 plus bonuses. Requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and English level B2 or higher.

What you'll do

• Managing and retaining key clients with high gaming turnover
• Reactivating VIP players with personalized offers
• Managing bonus campaigns and special promotions
• Analyzing key metrics: GGR, NGR, retention, LTV
• Identifying churn reasons and developing retention strategies
• In-depth understanding of player psychology and market trends
• Negotiating and resolving conflict situations

What we need

• Fluent English (B2 level or higher)
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role at a large company
• At least 1 year of proven experience in Tier-1 markets in recent positions
• Strong skills in sales, analytics, and customer relationship management
• Adaptability, proactivity, and entrepreneurial mindset
