VIP Manager (Tier-1 Markets)

The company is looking for a VIP Manager with proven experience in Tier-1 markets to manage and retain key clients, personalized reactivation, control bonus campaigns, and analyze metrics such as GGR, NGR, LTV. Fully remote position.

• Fluent English (B2 or higher)
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role at a large company
• At least 1 year of proven experience in Tier-1 markets (in recent positions)
• Strong skills in sales, analytics, and customer relationship management
