CRM Manager

A company in iGaming is looking for a CRM Manager to build systematic CRM marketing, work with retention, LTV, segmentation, and bonuses. The specialist will be responsible for launching promo campaigns, analyzing metrics, and collaborating with teams. Experience in iGaming and location outside Russia are required.

What you'll do

• Launch: planning and full cycle of tournaments, promo campaigns, trigger and system mailings.
• Database and segments: regular hypothesis generation, A/B tests, and development of retention mechanics.
• Analytics: monitoring key metrics (OR, CTR, Delivery Rate, conversions) and preparing clear reports.
• Team connection: setting tasks for design, content, working with analysts and operations department.

What we need

• Experience in iGaming is strictly required.
• Location outside Russia.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) or efficient use of AI for reports.
• Knowledge of task trackers: Jira / Asana / Confluence.
• Focus on one or more areas: Communications (setting up CDP, Email/Push/SMS/Pop-Up, basic HTML/CSS), Promos (developing engaging promotions, tournaments, bonus mechanics), or VIP (working with high rollers).
