CRM Manager

We are a the company. We are looking for a CRM Manager to work on retention, LTV, segmentation, and bonuses. Focus on communications, promo, or VIP segment.

What you'll do

• Planning and full cycle of tournaments, promo campaigns, trigger and system mailings.
• Regular hypothesis generation, A/B testing, and development of retention mechanics.
• Monitoring key metrics (OR, CTR, Delivery Rate, conversions) and preparing clear reports.
• Setting tasks for design and content, working with analysts and operations department.

What we need

• Experience in iGaming is strictly required
• Location — outside Russia
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) or effective use of AI for reports
• Experience with task trackers Jira / Asana / Confluence
• Focus on one of: communications (CDP, Email/Push/SMS/Pop-Up, HTML/CSS), promo (campaigns, tournaments, bonuses), or VIP (high rollers)
