T&D Manager

The company is looking for a T&D Manager to develop corporate training systems, manage LMS, and facilitate strategic sessions. The role requires experience in corporate learning in companies with over 500 employees.

What you'll do

• Launch and transform learning systems, develop programs for business needs: needs analysis, design, implementation, and effectiveness evaluation.
• Organize work with providers and experts.
• Conduct strategic and team sessions, facilitations, workshops, and team building.
• Develop distance learning courses and manage LMS.
• Create a knowledge base, develop mentoring and feedback culture.

What we need

• Experience in corporate training development in companies with over 500 employees.
• Proficiency in iSpring, Articulate, WebTutor, Moodle, GetCourse.
• Experience in creating a knowledge base, developing mentoring and feedback culture.
