Team Lead Design

We are looking for a Team Lead Design to manage the design department, enhance creatives for schemed traffic, and directly impact team results. Fully remote, 6/1 schedule.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of designers (training, task setting, quality and deadline control)
• Develop and scale creatives for different traffic sources
• Analyze creative effectiveness together with buyers
• Generate hypotheses and improve visuals to increase conversion
• Build and optimize processes within the design department

What we need

• Experience managing a design team for at least 1 year
• Experience working with multi-geo
• Understanding of traffic specifics
• Deep understanding of creative hypotheses and A/B testing
• Ability to work with AI generators
• Creative thinking and systematic approach
