Team Lead of Sales

We are looking for a Team Lead of Sales for the schemes team. Vertical - RS / Invest. Fully remote work.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of managers: setting tasks, monitoring KPIs, maintaining reports
• Build, optimize and regularly analyze sales funnels
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of new managers

What we need

• Experience as Team Lead of Sales for at least 1 year (experience in different GEOs considered)
• Practical experience managing a sales department
• Analytical thinking and confident work with metrics
• Independence, initiative and a high level of responsibility
