Head of Sales / Sales Director (Forex, CPA)

The employer is looking for a strong Head of Sales to build and scale a sales department for the Brazil geo. The project is in an active growth phase — they need a hands-on coach who digs into every dialogue, builds the system, and drives sales to results.

What you'll do

• Build and scale the sales department for Brazil: hiring, onboarding, training
• Build a system that provides clarity on how to reach the plan, what to focus on, and how to strengthen managers' performance in order to grow
• Analyze the funnel (dialogue → registration → deposit → trading volume), find growth points, and increase conversion
• Develop and implement scripts, regulations, and work standards
• Review managers' dialogues, provide feedback, and maintain processing quality
• Work with analytics and key metrics, build reporting
• Build alignment with traffic and content teams for overall results

What we need

• Experience as Head of Sales / Sales Director in the Forex vertical (Binary Options, CFD a plus), preferably 2+ years
• Real experience with the Brazil / LATAM geo and understanding of the Brazilian audience specifics
• Understanding of the CPA model and working with a broker (deposit, qualification, commission trading volume)
• Real cases of revenue growth, conversion growth, and department scaling — with numbers
• Managing a team through metrics and systematic processes, not 'by gut feeling'
• Willingness to dive into operations and work for results, not just for a fixed salary

• Experience with Binary Options and CFD
