Billing Manager | Payment Solutions Manager (Adult/High-Risk)

Manage high-risk payment processing for the Adult segment: sourcing and integrating PSPs/EMIs, minimizing chargebacks, configuring smart routing, and analyzing payment conversion. Requires experience in high-risk verticals, antifraud knowledge, and negotiation skills with payment providers.

What you'll do

• Manage high-risk acquiring: find and integrate payment solutions (PSPs/EMIs) specializing in Adult and entertainment content.
• Handle risk and compliance: minimize chargeback rates, protect against fraud, and pass strict audits from banks and payment systems.
• Smart routing strategy: configure cascading payment solutions to maximize approval rates under unstable conditions.
• Maintain payment infrastructure: quick response to merchant account blocks, manage rolling reserves, and promptly switch providers.
• Conversion analysis: deep analytics of the payment funnel, A/B testing of payment methods, and flow optimization for Tier-1/Tier-2 audiences.

What we need

• Hardcore experience in Adult/High-Risk: understanding the specifics of risky niches, reasons for merchant drop-offs, and methods for stable 24/7 payment processing.
• Provider network: contacts or experience with payment systems that are friendly to the Adult segment.
• Antifraud mindset: understanding attacks on payment systems and ability to implement preventive measures (3DS, antifraud filters, transaction checks).
• Technical background: proficiency in API integrations, understanding of payment gateways, transaction log analysis, and technical integration support.
• Negotiation skills: ability to communicate with payment system account managers, negotiate MDR rates, and secure priority support.
