Farmer (Facebook) for traffic arbitrage team

The employer is expanding its Farm department and is looking for an experienced farmer with 6+ months of Facebook experience. The role covers the full account lifecycle: registration, warming, aging, creating and preparing BMs, as well as resource accounting and collaboration with the buying team. Remote work with a flexible schedule and the opportunity to grow into a Team Lead.

What you'll do

• Execute the farming cycle: registration, warming, aging, creating and preparing BMs
• Maintain records of all resources — accounts / BMs / social registrations: intake, statuses, consumption, lifespan, ban reasons (spreadsheets/CRM)
• Organize the purchasing and warming process: find and test suppliers, work with agency accounts and account agencies
• Monitor account quality and living rate, reduce ban rate, improve warming schemes for our niche
• Build and document processes (manuals, regulations, anti-detect settings, proxies, warming scenarios)
• Collaborate with the buying team: cover the need for consumables on time and in the required volume

What we need

• 6+ months of farming experience, deep understanding of the account lifecycle and ban logic
• Hands-on experience purchasing and warming accounts, working with agencies and agency ad accounts
• Understanding of anti-detect browsers, proxies, BMs, and social registrations
• Systematic approach and ability to keep precise resource records and calculate unit economics of consumables
• Focus specifically on Facebook (other sources are a plus but not required)

• Experience in the Nutra vertical
