Retention Manager

Looking for an experienced Retention Manager for African geos in a large iGaming holding. Responsible for retention strategy, player lifecycle management, CRM communications.

What you'll do

• Development and implementation of retention strategy
• Player lifecycle management (onboarding, reactivation, loyalty)
• CRM communications: push / SMS / email / in-app
• Work with bonuses and VIP mechanics
• Segmentation, A/B testing, analytics
• Growth of key metrics: Retention, LTV, ARPU

What we need

• Experience in Retention/CRM from 2 years
• Mandatory experience in iGaming with African geos (emphasis on Kenya and Tanzania)
• Analytical mindset, result orientation
• English from B2
