We are looking for an HR Director for a media buying team. The company generates 10k+ leads per day in Nutra and iGaming verticals via Meta and TikTok. Focus on ROI, CPA, and scalability. We use our own AI and ERP.
What you'll do
- Mass hiring of buyers and Executive Search.
- Bring juniors to profitability within 1-2 months.
- Implement KPIs (ROI, profit, volume) and conduct Performance Reviews.
- Psychological motivation of commerce, maintaining team morale and stress resilience.
- Manage HR budget and minimize data leak risks (NDA, compliance) together with C-level.
What we need
- 5+ years in Performance Marketing / Media Buying.
- Experience managing HR in companies of 100+ employees.
- Understanding of P&L and cases of recruitment automation.
