The company generates 10k+ leads per day (Meta, TikTok) in Nutra and iGaming verticals, focusing on ROI, CPA, and scalability. They use proprietary AI and ERP. Looking for an HR Director to handle mass hiring of buyers, implement KPIs, manage HR budget, and minimize risks.

What we need

• 5+ years in Performance Marketing / Media Buying (mandatory)
• Experience managing HR in companies with 100+ employees
• Understanding of P&L and cases of recruitment automation
