Business Development Manager

Seeking an active Business Development Manager to attract direct advertisers and partners in AI Dating, network at conferences, manage sales cycle, and conduct market analysis.

What you'll do

• Actively search for and attract direct advertisers and AI Dating partners
• Network at industry conferences
• Sales: present the agency, negotiate CPI/CPA/revenue share, close deals
• Analyze market and competitors, identify growth opportunities
• Handover clients to account management and oversee launch

What we need

• 1.5–2 years of experience in Sales/BizDev in digital
• Expertise in AI Dating
• Understanding of GEOs, traffic, and KPIs
• Located in Cyprus
• Strong soft skills
• English B2 or higher
