Sales Manager (First Deposit)

We are looking for a strong handler to join an arbitrage team with ready traffic and established infrastructure. Your task is to convert leads to first deposit and maintain volume pace.

What you'll do

• Handling incoming leads
• Closing leads to first deposit (FD)
• Working through dialogue, not just scripts for scripts' sake
• Fulfilling conversion and volume targets

What we need

• Experience from 6 months
• Understanding of FD funnel and lead behavior
• Ability to quickly and effectively warm up and close
• Stress tolerance and persistence
• Only with experience — no training provided in the team
