We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage a team of media buyers in gambling. We work on a Spend model with Extendi and Soft2Bet, GEO: Europe, Canada, Australia. Need current Facebook gambling experience and profitable connections.

What you'll do

• Manage the team and control its results
• Work with traffic independently
• Provide buyers with new working connections
• Analyze the performance of each specialist
• Allocate tests and budgets
• Optimize scaling processes
• Be responsible for the overall team profit

What we need

• Current experience with Facebook in gambling
• Having profitable connections right now
• Experience managing a team or mentoring buyers
• Understanding of CPA and Spend models
• Systematic approach, analytical thinking, and responsibility for results
