CRM Manager

An iGaming company is looking for a CRM Manager to design funnels, launch campaigns, and analyze effectiveness. Requires at least 1 year of experience in CRM/Retention. Remote work.

What you'll do

• Design CRM funnels and user scenarios.
• Launch CRM campaigns and trigger communications.
• Analyze effectiveness of CRM activities and form hypotheses.
• Develop requirements for new CRM mechanics.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, development, design, and content teams.

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience in CRM/Retention in iGaming.
• Practical experience creating and managing trigger chains.
• Understanding of segmentation and user lifecycle.
