Technical Operations Specialist

An international fintech project is looking for a Technical Operations Specialist. The position is suitable for technical students and entry-level specialists. Fully remote work.

What you'll do

• Handle inquiries in Telegram chats
• Work with administrative panels and internal systems
• Interact with various teams within the company
• Perform basic technical diagnostics and checks
• Work with Google Docs and Google Sheets
• Solve simple tasks via command line (CLI)
• Maintain reporting and ensure data accuracy
• Monitor correctness of operational processes

What we need

• Proficient in Google Workspace
• Understand basic technical processes and IT systems
• Analytical thinking and careful data handling
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes
• Self-organization and meeting deadlines

Nice to have

• Technical education or studying a technical field
• Experience in support, fintech, IT, or payment services
• Basic CLI skills
• Experience interacting with clients or internal teams
