Team Lead Media Buyer (Facebook)

They are seeking a strong Team Lead Media Buyer to lead a team of buyers and enhance performance. The work environment offers clear processes, timely payments, and transparency.

What you'll do

• Leading a team of buyers (current team size + planned growth).
• Full budget management and allocation across campaigns.
• Finding and testing new campaign bundles, working on creatives and their optimization.
• Deep analytics, unit economics control, and maintaining stable ROI.

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in traffic arbitrage.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook Ads.
• Strong understanding of unit economics and arbitrage math.
• Developed strategic thinking and creative intuition.
• Experience managing large budgets (from $100k+ per month).
