Telegram Content Manager (LATAM)

We are looking for a content manager to run Telegram channels targeting Latin America in scheme traffic. Requires experience with LATAM audiences, creating engaging content, and understanding retention mechanics. Remote work, flexible schedule.

What you'll do

• Managing and developing Telegram channels for the Latin America geo
• Creating a content plan and regularly filling channels
• Writing engaging, warming, and selling texts
• Adapting content to the specifics of the LATAM audience
• Working with bots: auto-posting, pushes, basic settings
• Analyzing metrics and improving content based on results
• Visual packaging of channels and quality control of materials

What we need

• Experience with Telegram channels in scheme traffic
• Experience with LATAM geo — required
• Understanding audience acquisition and retention mechanics
• Ability to write texts that provoke reaction and engagement
• Familiarity with visual packaging (Figma / Photoshop — basic level)
• Using neural networks to optimize processes
• Independence, attentiveness, result orientation
