Payment Manager / Business Developer

Employer   Location   RemoteComp   from $2000 + quarterly bonuses up to 50% of salary

A payment aggregator is looking for a Payment Manager / Business Developer to develop the partner network and manage commercial relationships with merchants, providers, and P2P partners. The company operates in multiple geos, develops alternative payment solutions, and scales payment infrastructure.

What we need

  • At least 2 years of experience in the payment industry
  • Experience on the side of PSP, payment aggregator, or payment provider
  • Understanding of payment routing, cascades, and conversion funnels
  • Experience with administrative panels of payment platforms
  • Ability to analyze metrics and find root causes of issues
  • Skills in developing partner relationships and managing commercial terms
  • English at least B2 level
  • Residence outside the Russian Federation

Nice to have

  • Experience with P2P acquiring
  • Understanding of cryptocurrency and alternative payment methods
  • Knowledge of legal aspects of partnership agreements
  • Experience launching new geos and payment directions
