The company is seeking an Inbound Traffic Handler / Sales Manager for the finance and investments vertical. The role involves processing inbound Telegram leads, communicating with clients using templates and AI, and ensuring high-quality support. Fully remote position with a 6/1 schedule.

What you'll do

• Process inbound traffic in Telegram.
• Conduct correspondence with clients using ready-made templates and free format.
• Skillfully build communication using AI and translators.
• Support clients, answer questions, and accompany them in the work process.
• Propose new ideas and solutions to improve team performance.
• Maintain discipline, response speed, and high level of client communication.
