HR Manager

The company is looking for an HR Manager to handle full-cycle recruitment in IT and iGaming, as well as support HR processes. Remote work, full-time.

What you'll do

• Full recruitment cycle: from job posting to employee onboarding.
• Sourcing specialists in IT and iGaming fields.
• Candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment.
• Organizing training courses as needed.
• Maintaining employee reporting within the company.
• Organizing onboarding and adaptation of new hires.
• Building a talent pool.
• Supporting HR processes: performance reviews, feedback, employee development.
• Monitoring labor market and salary expectations.
• Liaising with department heads on hiring and team development.
• Participating in employer branding development.

What we need

• Experience as HR / Recruiter in IT/iGaming for at least 2 years.
• Skills in interviewing and assessing soft & hard skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• English at C1 level.
• Experience with international hiring.
• Understanding of the IT market and modern HR tools.
