We are a fast-growing AdNetwork project operating in a highly competitive digital environment. We are looking for a Head of HR who understands the specifics of the AdNetwork / Affiliate / iGaming market, can work at speed, and is able to influence business efficiency through people and processes.
What we need
- 10+ years of experience in HR / People Management
- Experience in AdNetwork / Affiliate / performance-driven digital business
- Strong experience in recruitment and building hiring processes in a competitive environment
- Understanding of performance management: KPI, performance evaluation, retention, feedback cycles
- Experience working with HR and business metrics (hiring funnel, conversion rates, retention, performance)
- Skill in building HR processes in a fast-scaling environment
- Ability to be a business partner, not just an operational HR
- Experience in developing managerial skills in leaders
