Head of HR (AdNetwork)

A fast-growing AdNetwork project is looking for a Head of HR with experience in AdNetwork/Affiliate/iGaming. The role involves building HR strategy, systematic talent hunting, performance management, and developing managerial skills of leaders.

What you'll do

• Conduct an audit of current HR processes and deeply dive into AdNetwork business metrics
• Develop and implement an HR strategy aligned with scaling objectives
• Build a talent map and systematic hunting process for strong specialists
• Ensure fast and high-quality hiring
• Establish onboarding, retention, and employee development processes
• Work on retaining top performers and reducing the risk of losing key employees
• Develop managerial skills of leaders: help them build management, prioritization, and team work
• Develop internal learning tools and performance management
• Strengthen the company's employer brand in the AdNetwork market to attract strong candidates

What we need

• 10+ years of experience in HR / People Management
• Experience in AdNetwork / Affiliate / performance-driven digital business
• Strong experience in recruitment and building hiring processes in a competitive environment
• Understanding of performance management: KPI, efficiency assessment, retention, feedback cycles
• Experience with HR and business metrics (hiring funnel, conversion rates, retention, performance)
• Skill in building HR processes in a fast-scaling environment
• Ability to be a business partner, not just an operational HR
• Experience in developing managerial skills of leaders
