Video Verification Specialist

The company is looking for a Video Verification Specialist for a fully remote team. The role involves conducting video calls to verify client identity, guiding clients through a script, checking documents, and escalating suspicious activity. Requires fluent Russian and English at least B1, and 1+ year of experience in support or client-facing roles.

What you'll do

• Conducting video sessions to verify client identity.
• Guiding the client through the verification process using a prepared script.
• Checking client data and documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Paying attention to discrepancies and suspicious activity, escalating per internal procedures.
• Adhering to quality, security, and compliance standards.
• Maintaining concise and clear records of verification results in the system.
• Keeping product and process knowledge up to date.

What we need

• Fluent Russian, both spoken and written.
• English at least B1: reading internal documentation and communicating with colleagues.
• At least 1 year of experience in support or another client-facing role.
• Confident on camera and no fear of communication.
• Attention to detail and willingness to strictly follow procedures.
• Ability to make quick, correct decisions and maintain pace.
• Comfortable working across multiple systems, chats, and email.
• Stable internet, working camera, and a quiet dedicated workspace.

Nice to have

• Experience in video verification, KYC, anti-fraud, fintech, or iGaming.
