PSP Manager

An international FinTech company with an 8-year history is looking for a PSP Manager to develop payment infrastructure in the Russian market. The company's portfolio includes 18 payment solutions and active expansion in Europe, Asia, and MENA. Fully remote work format, payments in cryptocurrency.

What you'll do

• Connect new payment gateways and providers in the Russian market
• Negotiate with banks and PSPs and sign partnership agreements
• Optimize payment processes and find new growth opportunities
• Coordinate payment integrations with internal teams
• Build and develop long-term partner relationships

What we need

• At least 2 years of experience with PSPs, banks, or payment providers
• Deep understanding of the Russian payment market, including regulation, processing, and key players
• Real contacts and connections in the payment industry
• Ability to negotiate and close deals
• Independence, proactivity, and result orientation

Nice to have

• English at B2 level or higher
