Lead Illustrator (Realistic Art)

An iGaming employer is looking for a strong Lead Illustrator with a high level of realistic / semi-realistic art. The role involves creating characters, environments and key art, defining the visual level of projects, and overseeing the quality of the art team. The position is remote.

What you'll do

• Creating characters, environments and key art
• Defining the visual level of projects
• Quality control of the team, giving feedback and paint-over

What we need

• Excellent artistic foundation (anatomy, composition, perspective, light, color)
• High level of digital painting / rendering
• Experience mentoring artists
• Strong realistic portfolio required upon application

Nice to have

• Experience in GameDev / Concept Art / AAA / VFX
