Traffic Manager (Push / Adult niche)

An international AI startup (AI Girlfriend, AI video generators) is looking for a traffic buying pro who knows how to run traffic to Adult products and squeeze the most out of ad networks. Remote work, considering both full-time and contract.

What you'll do

• Buying push traffic in networks (Traffic Stars, Traffic Junky, Adsterra, ExoClick, etc.).
• Full setup cycle: creatives, texts, targeting, bid management.
• Analytics and optimization: working with CPC, CPM, CR, CPA. Constantly testing bundles, pre-landers, and scaling profitable campaigns.

What we need

• 2+ years of experience buying Push traffic in Adult (critical).
• Understanding of platform specifics: what passes moderation, what converts, and what is not worth spending budget on.
• Proficiency with trackers (Binom, Keitaro, Voluum).
• Numerical skills: operating with paying user CPA metric and ability to scale without losing quality.

Nice to have

• Experience specifically with AI products (AI Girlfriend, AI video).
• Creative creation skills (AI + Photoshop/processing tools).
