Affiliate Manager

International product project in iGaming is looking for an Affiliate Manager. The employer develops its own platform, has a distributed team, remote-first approach, high decision-making speed, and a focus on scaling.

What you'll do

• Search and attract new webmasters and partners (Geo: CIS, priority RU-market)
• Work with existing partner base: development, retention, scaling
• Analysis of traffic quality and efficiency, collaboration with analytics
• Integration, support and optimization of partners in the tracker
• Monitoring of partner KPI achievement
• Scaling successful traffic sources
• Market, competitor and offer monitoring
• Participation in industry conferences and offline meetings (2-3 times per year)
• Main traffic sources: SEO, Telegram, Email

What we need

• Experience as Affiliate Manager in Gambling/iGaming vertical for 2-3 years
• Practical and current experience with RU/CIS market
• Understanding of various traffic sources and their specifics
• Experience in attracting and scaling webmasters
• Skills in traffic analytics and working with metrics (FTD, GGR, ROI, etc.)
• Ability to negotiate and build long-term partnerships
• Independence, result-orientation, proactivity
