A large traffic arbitrage team is looking for a Team Lead of Sales to set up and optimize the funnel, manage a team of handlers, analyze metrics, and accelerate processes. Requires 1+ year experience in lending/investments, CRM chatterfy, and knowledge of EU countries.
What we need
- Age 25+
- 1+ year experience in lending/investments
- Experience with CRM chatterfy
- Experience working with EU countries
- Experience writing manuals for managers
- Experience training new managers
- Ability to identify individual and systemic issues in handling
- Full-time PC work only
- Strategic thinking
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the lending vertical specifics
