The company (the company) is looking for a CPO / Head of Product to launch a product in a new GEO. The role involves developing a product strategy from scratch, building a team, managing cross-functional groups, and monitoring KPIs. Fully remote with relocation options.
What we need
- Experience as CPO / Head of Product in iGaming, affiliate marketing, or high-load digital projects.
- Proven experience launching products from scratch.
- Strong leadership skills and experience building teams.
- Deep understanding of UX, product analytics, and user journeys.
- Experience managing cross-functional delivery models.
- Understanding of product metrics: CLTV, retention, NPS, unit economics.
- Experience in product budgeting and financial planning.
- Systems thinking and data-driven decision-making.
- Fluent English.
