Payment Operations Manager
Employer —Location St. Petersburg or Cyprus
A company in the iGaming industry is looking for a Payment Operations Manager with at least 1 year of experience in payments, preferably in iGaming or high-risk. Requires experience with PSP providers, payment gateways and aggregators, understanding of payment metrics (approval rate, decline rate, chargebacks), analysis of payment flows, and increasing transaction conversion. Work format: office in St. Petersburg or Cyprus; remote work or relocation are negotiable.
What we need
- At least 1 year of experience in payments in roles such as Operations / Payments Manager / Payment Specialist
- Experience in iGaming or high-risk
- Experience with PSP providers, payment gateways and aggregators
- Understanding of key payment metrics (approval rate, decline rate, chargebacks), payment flow analysis, increasing transaction conversion
- Experience with incident monitoring and operational support of payment processes
