Team Lead (Facebook) / first buyer

The employer is looking for a Team Lead (Facebook) — the first buyer in an iGaming project who will build the buying function from scratch: no processes or team exist yet, but technical infrastructure is ready and resourcing decisions are fast. GEO: World Wide with priority on Tier-1/Tier-2, remote full-time 5/2 with a growth path to Head of Buying and own team.

What you'll do

• Build the buying function from scratch: processes, team, working infrastructure
• Run and scale traffic on Facebook
• Manage buyers and work hands-on at the start
• Hit targets: spend from $40–60k, profit from $20–30k+
• Hire buyers into the team

What we need

• Team Lead / hands-on experience — preferred
• Facebook: running and scaling traffic
• Numbers: spend from $40–60k, profit from $20–30k+
• Experience managing buyers
• Willingness to work hands-on at the start
• Experience building buying from scratch, self-sufficiency

Nice to have

• Google Ads and/or TikTok
• Own pool of contacts for hiring buyers
