RD Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced RD Team Lead to strengthen the funnel and increase repeat deposit amounts in the binary options vertical. Requires 1-1.5 years of personal RD traffic processing experience and team management of 5+ people.
What we need
- 1-1.5 years of personal RD traffic processing experience
- At least 6 months as RD Team Lead in the binary options vertical
- Experience managing a team of 5+ people (control, delegation, motivation)
- Punctuality, initiative, adequacy
Nice to have
- Experience with Tier-3 GEOs: India, Africa
