Team Lead of RD Department

We are the the company team in the influencer direction. We are looking for an experienced team lead for the RD department to strengthen the funnel and increase repeat deposits.

What you'll do

• Managing and controlling the work of RD managers
• Improving and optimizing the RD funnel
• Participating in interviews and conducting onboarding of new employees

What we need

• Experience in personal traffic handling on RD for 1-1.5 years
• Experience as a team lead of the RD department for at least half a year in the binary options vertical
• Experience managing a team of at least 5 people
• Punctuality, initiative, adequacy

Nice to have

• Experience with Tier-3 GEOs: India, Africa
