Head / Team Lead (Facebook)

We are looking for a Head / Team Lead to manage a team of media buyers in iGaming. Required experience with Facebook Ads, LATAM and Tier-3 GEOs. We offer unlimited budgets and high financial motivation.

What you'll do

• Managing the team of Media Buyers;
• Scaling volumes and increasing team profit;
• Helping Media Buyers improve results and find new growth points;
• Working with creatives, offers, and purchasing strategy;
• Building processes within the team and participating in the development of the direction;

What we need

• Experience as Team Lead / Head in iGaming;
• Expertise in Facebook Ads;
• Practical experience with LATAM / Tier-3 GEO;
• Understanding of funnel economics and scaling;
• Ability to build and develop teams;
• Willingness to provide campaign statistics;

Nice to have

• Understanding and experience with Tier-1/2 traffic;
