We are looking for a Finance Team Lead for an arbitrage team (~250 people). The role involves building management reporting, unit economics, P&L, OPEX, Cash Flow, implementing budgeting and plan-fact analysis, and becoming a financial partner to the CEO.
What we need
- 2+ years in a leadership finance role or as a senior finance manager
- Experience building management reporting and unit economics
- Team management experience
- Understanding of crypto operations
- Experience in digital / arbitrage / e-commerce
