Team Lead Financial Department

We are looking for a Team Lead of the Financial Department for an arbitrage team (~250 people). The goal is to build management reporting, unit economics, budget control, and become a financial partner to the CEO.
What you'll do
- Evaluate and strengthen the finance team, hire missing members
- Build P&L, OPEX, and unit economics by directions
- Cash flow by projects with forecasts
- Implement budgeting and plan-fact analysis methodology
- Cryptocurrency accounting strategy
- Internal control and payment authorization
- Become a financial partner to the CEO, provide expertise to other departments
What we need
- 2+ years in a leadership finance role or as a senior finance manager
- Experience in building management reporting and unit economics
- Experience managing a team
- Understanding of cryptocurrency operations
- Experience in digital / arbitrage / e-commerce
