IT Recruiter

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join a product team developing international Web2Web subscription products.

What you'll do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle (from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding)
• Work directly with C-level and hiring managers
• Fill IT, Product, Marketing, Design and Performance positions
• Actively use cold search, LinkedIn, Telegram, Boolean Search and other sourcing tools
• Participate in developing recruitment processes and influence hiring quality

What we need

• Experience in full-cycle IT recruitment
• Experience recruiting specialists for Web2Web products
• Understanding of Performance Marketing, Product and Digital markets
• Strong sourcing via LinkedIn, Telegram, Boolean Search

Nice to have

• English is a plus
