Head of Sales

We are a team that has been successfully operating in the Binary Options vertical on the international market for over 3 years. We are now looking for an experienced Head of Sales to take over the development and scaling of a new sales department, strengthen existing processes, and help take the direction to the next level.

What we need

  • Experience as Head of Sales / Sales Director in Binary Options, Forex, CFD or related financial niches for at least 2 years
  • Proven cases of revenue growth, conversion improvement, and department scaling
  • Ability to manage a team through metrics and systematic processes
  • Ability to build KPIs, motivation system, and forecast results
