Head of Commercial & Growth / Head of BD

A large media ecosystem in iGaming is looking for a Head of Commercial & Growth to build a systematic commercial department from scratch, increase revenue through long-term contracts, and manage a team of 6-7 people.

What you'll do

• Build a systematic commercial department from scratch: implement CRM, KPIs, and reporting, moving away from manual management in Telegram/Google Sheets.
• Increase revenue through long-term contracts with iGaming operators.
• Manage the entire commercial unit (6-7 people).
• Develop streams: streaming, own gaming projects, VIP client management, and operator integrations.

What we need

• Experience in roles such as Head of Sales, Head of BD, Head of Affiliate, or Commercial Director in iGaming.
• Experience building a commercial department from scratch, implementing CRM and KPIs.
• Management experience (team of 6+ people).
