CRM Manager

The company is looking for a CRM Manager in the affiliate space to bring order to leads and integrations and help the team scale more efficiently. The role involves controlling lead flow, analytics by source and partner, and daily communication with partners.

What you'll do

• Control lead flow from application to final status (approve / trash / hold)
• Analyze CR, ROI, trash and holds — by sources, partners, and campaigns
• Daily communication with partners on statuses, comments, and lead feedback
• Identify technical errors, support integrations, automate processes
• Prepare reports and analytical breakdowns for the internal team

What we need

• Experience in affiliate marketing in a CRM role
• Understanding of funnel principles, metrics (CR, ROI, trash) and traffic structure
• Strong communication and partner interaction skills
• Fluent with CRM systems, Excel / Google Sheets, and trackers
• Analytical thinking, initiative, autonomy
