A strong arbitrage team is looking for an experienced recruiter to handle full-cycle recruitment, interviews, and team interaction. Requires 6-12 months of experience in the financial vertical. Offers remote work, flexible schedule, and salary twice a month (fixed + %).

• Full-cycle recruitment: from job postings to employee onboarding
• Initial interviews
• Interaction with the team and other departments at all stages
• Active use of AI tools
• Reporting on completed work
