Affiliate Lead (iGaming, Turkey)

We are a fast-growing iGaming company looking for an Affiliate Lead to develop affiliate traffic in international markets, including Turkey. The role involves building a partner network, analytics, and negotiations.

What you'll do

• Develop and scale affiliate traffic in priority markets (including Turkey)
• Build and manage the partner network: webmasters, media buying teams, affiliate networks
• Establish a system for evaluating traffic quality and partner performance
• Achieve and meet KPIs: FTD, cFTD, ROAS
• Negotiate with key partners and reach agreements
• Find new acquisition channels and growth opportunities
• Analytics, reporting, forecasting

What we need

• Experience in affiliate marketing in iGaming
• Understanding of traffic economics and metrics (FTD, cFTD, ROAS)
• Ability to scale profitable traffic sources
• Strong negotiation and partner relationship skills

Nice to have

• Experience working inside a product (operator)
• Own contact base
• Experience building affiliate direction from scratch
