Facebook Farmer / Farm Department Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Farmer / Team Lead (Facebook) for an account production team. The role involves managing and maintaining FB accounts for traffic arbitrage, handling all account routine (consumables, preparation, warming, sharing, etc.), monitoring quality and stability of farming, and eventually building and scaling account production to volumes of 2500+ Business Managers.

What you'll do

• Manage and maintain Facebook accounts for traffic arbitrage.
• Handle all account routine: consumables, account preparation, warming, sharing, etc.
• Monitor the quality and stability of farming.
• Eventually independently build and scale account production to volumes of 2500+ Business Managers.

What we need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Facebook farming (irrelevant experience not considered).
• Understanding of the full account preparation cycle.
• Ability to independently solve technical and organizational issues.
• Responsibility, independence, and systematic approach.

Nice to have

• Experience organizing a team of farmers.
• Experience building own account production schemes.
• Understanding of anti-detect browsers, proxies, and infrastructure for Facebook.
