Sales Manager / Inbound Sales

The company is looking for a sales manager to handle inbound inquiries, guide clients to payment, and develop repeat sales. Fully remote, salary + KPI 80-100k RUB.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound inquiries, identify needs, and select solutions
• Conduct follow-ups and work on repeat sales
• Process orders, monitor payment and deadlines
• Coordinate work with the team
• Maintain CRM: inquiries, agreements, statuses, and reasons for rejections
• Meet targets for new and repeat sales

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or client-facing work
• Ability to identify needs, present products, and handle objections
• Understanding of sales stages
• Proper speech and confident written communication
• Proficiency in CRM and Excel / Google Sheets
• Attention to detail, multitasking, and discipline

Nice to have

• Experience with inbound inquiries is a plus
