Assistant Sales Manager

A crypto-industry company is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to support clients, handle requests, and maintain reporting. The role involves traffic analysis, work with CRM and spreadsheets, and resolving disputes. Affiliate experience and knowledge of CPA/CPL are a plus.

What you'll do

• Supporting clients and assisting with scaling
• Handling requests and feedback
• Resolving disputed situations
• Maintaining CRM, spreadsheets, and reporting
• Analyzing traffic and improving performance metrics

What we need

• Experience in sales or client support
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Excel, CRM, Slack
• English B1–B2
• Communication skills, analytical thinking, and initiative
• Willingness to grow and take responsibility
